Rosewoods Choice

"Rosewoods Choice - This is a YCI on the Performance Horse done as a portrait of my horse Rosewoods Choice AKA Robbie. He was customized like "Betty Boon" with a new mane and tail, custom ears to be forward, and a raised left front leg. He is also designed to be tack friendly for performance classes. Robbie was a sweet, fun, crazy little Quarter Horse gelding who I won an AQHYA World Championship in Cutting on in 2010. He unfortunately suddenly passed away the next year in 2011, so I decided to have a portrait done of him through the YCI program. This pose was based off of the photo that was used when we were featured on the cover of Quarter Horse News after our championship. Both Jackie and Carrie did an excellent job of capturing the pose, and his markings, as well as a bit of that fun personality he had!" Designed and owned by Kelsey Karanges.
