Equilocity 2013 was the rebirth for the Lapis Lazuli themed Precious Stones. The original production of Lapis Lazuli models were made in 2000. The Precious Stone Series consists of models that are designed to resemble a precious stone. Shading and gold spots vary. OOAK Drafter, most likely made as a raffle or giveaway.
