This is a One of a Kind Stone Chip Morgan. Painted in a fall fiesta decorator color with orange, yellow, and green, he is customized with a turned head and a swishing tail. Done in a semi-glossy finish.
This model appears to be the same color and pattern as the DAH Fall Fiesta from 2012. Unknown if this was truly a OOAK or part of that program.
