Meigs - OOAK Arabian. Painted a dark liver chestnut with a flaxen mane and tail, deep body shading, and a shaded mane and tail. He is customized with a turned head, sculpted forelock, refined mane, and a remade whipping tail with added details. Done in a glossy finish.
