"The Peter Stone Company and the Certified Horsemanship Association (CHA) are proud to announce the winner of the annual CHA Stone School Horse of the Year award "Domino's Crescent Moon." The Domino model was presented to his owner Jessica Beohm from Eagle Creek Equestrian Center in Griffin, Ga. at the CHA International Conference (in 2007).
Domino is a 20-year-old grey purebred Arabian gelding that has taught many students how to ride. His owner says that he is very tolerant of beginners bouncing around on him, pulling on his mouth, and kicking when they don't mean to. As a rider's ability increases, so does his energy level so this allows all levels of riders to have fun on him. He is very versatile doing jumping, dressage, western pleasure, speed events, halter, shows, parades, drill team demos, demonstrations at elementary schools, and trail riding. A 13-year-old rider of his says, "You could be having the worst day of your life, but then you see him and all that changes. In his eyes you can see love, trust, faith, and he just has an effect on you that makes you want to smile and have fun!"" Information sited from the www.cha-ahse.org website.
