Glossy Black Percheron - Pre-Production Run

I was told there were 97 of these made (semi-gloss) finish, in 1999. He had plain solid red, blue, and white mane bobs, and blue and red tail ribbons; dealer valued at $150 at that time. The regular run had glossy finish and metallic ribbon colors.
