Nicholai - Matte Nicholai pays homage to European drafters of yesteryear. From Germany to Russia, flaxen liver chestnut drafters with feathers were once quite common, but have dwindled in numbers since the introduction of the automobile. Most types still in existence today are of smaller and lighter build, including the German Schleswiger and the remaining types of Russian and Italian heavy drafts. Nicholai is turned out in festive bobs and ribbons of burgundy and hunter green. Matte finish limited to 50 pieces. Sold exclusively through H & H Winners' Circle.
