Lil Poco Confusion aka Lil

"Lil Poco Confusion - "Lil" belongs to Amy Van Oss. Amy wears the rank of Second Captain to The Ohio Top Hands. She and Ginger are like Fred and Ginger, only in this case Ginger is Fred: anything Ginger can do, Amy can do backwards and with heels on. More specifically, if there is ever a last minute emergency, it is always Amy that suddenly gets on another horse and rides in the opposite direction. This is extremely difficult on an equestrian drill team that goes four different directions, at a gallop, for ten minutes. A lot to memorize, even if you never change your spot. Amy is a lady, and can't holler like a drill sergeant like Ginger can, but she has proven over and over her ability to lead - and has set the standard on how to follow. For her devotion to the team and her superior example of what it means to be a team player, Amy and "Lil" ride in the first Top Hand saddle awarded on the team, as the 2000 Top Hand Most Valuable Player."
