The Living Horse Series was a lower priced model that was packaged in a window box with suede pads around the ties that attached the model to the box. These models were still produced at the factory in IN. Released in the Living Horse Series boxes, but did not appear in the 2003 Living Horse Series catalog.
Shading varied from a golden bay to a dark bay. Some of the dark bay models have grey in the tails. See separate record for the dark bay variation.
Some, if not all, models were hand numbered on the belly.
