The Living Horse Series was a lower priced model that was packaged in a window box with suede pads around the ties that attached the model to the box. These models were still produced at the factory in IN. Pictured in the 2003 Living Horse Series catalog. 

This run was produced on the short mane, long tail ISH. However, there are about 40 models made on the long mane long tail version.
