This mold was modeled after the Original Arabian mold (assuming credit is given to Kitty Cantrell). It was made with an interchangeable mane and tail so that multiple versions could be easily produced at the Stone factory, such as the popular windblown version. There are also subtle differences to the head and body, including extra veining on the legs. There were three interchangeable forelock options; one flat version that went down the middle of the face, one on the left side between the ear and eye that curled up, and one on the right side that was more skinny between the ear and eye. There was not an official specific first release.
